Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with customers through
personalized interactions, ensuring a positive experience and
fostering brand loyalty. Represent our telecommunications and
technology clients by presenting products and services effectively
to drive sales and generate leads. Stay informed about client
products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable
recommendations to customers. Assist in executing tailored services
to meet customers needs and be knowledable in offerings to answer
questions Work closely with team members and leadership to meet and
exceed sales targets, sharing insights and strategies for
continuous improvement. Participate in ongoing training and
development sessions to enhance customer service, sales, and
business acumen skills.
