Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Operations Manager to oversee
network operations in the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure,
ensuring high availability and security
Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians,
promoting skill development and collaboration
Develop and execute strategies to enhance network efficiency,
reliability, and security
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Communications,
Engineering, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
8 - 10 years of experience in network operations, with at least 3
years in a managerial role
Proficiency in network protocols, technologies, and infrastructure
components
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are
highly desirable
Experience working in an ITIL-focused support organization with
incident, problem, and change management processes
