A company is looking for a Senior Director, Development.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and lead a portfolio of major donors and corporate
partners
Set the vision for development strategy and align it with
organizational goals
Identify, pitch, and steward cause marketing and sponsorship
opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in fundraising, major gifts, or corporate
partnerships
Experience securing six- or seven-figure gifts and building lasting
donor relationships
Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Bachelor's degree; CFRE or Master's is a bonus
Highly organized and goal-driven
