Implement and adhere to safety and environmental policies set forth by the company. Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery. Excellent attention to detail for monitoring equipment and spotting inconsistencies. Solid problem-solving skills to address operational issues. Ability to interpret technical documentation and regulatory guidelines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is beneficial. Relevant technical certifications related to equipment operation or production.
