Key Responsibilities Welcome customers to the dealership and assess their vehicle needs Present GM vehicles and features in a knowledgeable, engaging way Conduct test drives and explain financing and warranty options Work with the sales team to reach and exceed monthly sales goals Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and product knowledge Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude Energetic, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and sales systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ready to Shift Your Career into High Gear?
