Job Description:

A company is looking for a licensed health and life insurance professional.
Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with clients to educate them on health and life insurance options
Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs while also selling applicable products
Address customer inquiries, billing issues, policy changes, and claims

Required Qualifications

Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state of residence
At least 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center
Previous health and life sales experience
Ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
Able to navigate technical issues independently
