drive data-driven decision-making across its global sales
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Translate complex data into actionable insights for sales
leadership
Design and develop Power BI dashboards to track performance
metrics
Lead analysis on trends and performance drivers while collaborating
cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence,
or a related field
Expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel modeling; experience with
Salesforce preferred
Strong understanding of go-to-market motions and sales
processes
Data-driven mindset with the ability to explain insights and
recommendations
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
