A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and grow Advisory Services programs to support customers
through planning, implementation, and go-live
Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout
engagements
Develop frameworks and solutions based on business process and
product knowledge, including IT and internal controls
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or
customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology
environment
Comprehensive knowledge of data governance principles and
frameworks
Proven track record of designing and executing consulting programs
that drive measurable business outcomes
Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and
measuring success
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or a related
field
