Key Responsibilities
Partner with Practice Operations and Revenue Cycle leadership to
implement change management initiatives and deliver sustainable
results
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and trainings with diverse
audiences across the organization
Collaborate with corporate teams to drive innovation in
technologies and practice management systems
Required Qualifications
Degree or equivalent with typically 4+ years of relevant
experience
Subject matter expert in Revenue Cycle Operations
Experience leading projects and collaborating with stakeholders
Process improvement and workflow development experience
Data analysis skills to support process change initiatives
