Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst II
(EDI) remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client requests for accessing and customizing products using
EDI and Web Services
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams,
ensuring effective communication and implementation
Conduct testing and analysis to resolve issues and improve service
delivery for clients
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of relevant
experience
At least 3 years of experience in a technical production or
applications support role
Strong understanding of Healthcare IT claims processing, EDI, and
HIPAA protocols
Ability to create SQL queries for analyzing EDI data within an
Oracle database
Experience with tools such as MS Office, Service Now, and JIRA
