Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expertise in the implementation of Workday's Advanced
Compensation and Core HR modules
Configure compensation eligibility, rules, and plans across
multiple countries
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance user experience for HR
transactions and approval workflows
Required Qualifications
3+ years of HRIS experience with Workday and its implementation
Workday Pro certification in HCM and Advanced Compensation
Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to work under North American time zones
