Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst responsible for
overseeing the administration of domestic and international benefit
plans.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding
benefits and provide customer service support
Administer the annual open enrollment process and manage benefit
transactions
Collaborate with third-party administrators and assist in the
implementation of new benefit programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 to 7 years of experience in a related field
Strong knowledge of benefits-related regulations such as ERISA,
HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, and ADA
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain
confidentiality
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
