A company is looking for a Travel Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Book air, car, and hotel reservations using the Sabre reservation
system
Issue tickets, exchanges, and refunds while providing exceptional
customer service throughout the booking process
Conduct research on destinations and handle customer service issues
to achieve optimal resolutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience as a full-time travel agent with
expertise in booking domestic and international travel
Strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including GDS
formats and e-ticketing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
responsibilities
Experience in international travel planning and knowledge of world
geography and travel requirements
