A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant: Post-Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Process Mapping to demonstrate value and ROI for
prospective customers
Update CRM and facilitate cross-departmental meetings to share
findings
Perform bespoke demos and create documentation for ROI, business
implementation strategy, and success plans
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in the homebuilding industry
Strong business and consulting skills related to customer needs and
ROI
Ability to assess complex situations and develop strategic
solutions
Strong customer-facing presentation skills and experience in
performing demos
Familiarity with AutoCad, BIM, or Revit is preferred
