As a Production Operator III, you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring the Divider/V-Mag to ensure our products meet company standards and specifications. Key duties include inspecting equipment, maintaining dough consistency, and ensuring proper timing and alignment of production processes. You will also complete accurate documentation and communicate any food safety or equipment concerns to supervision. This role requires attention to detail and effective communication with team members.



Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Set up divider and inspect to assure it is ready to operate
  
• Ensure doubles are removed before entry into proofer
  
• Monitor dough consistency and communicate with Mixer Operator and Foreperson
  
• Ensure dusters do not run out of Muffin-cornmeal
  
• Ensure Monkey Paws timing inspected and aligned with proofer cups
  
• Dough flow hopper to be scraped each hour and stairs kept clean of flour and dough
  
• Complete appropriate documentation, notify Foreperson when outside established range
  
• Ensure that our product meets the company's standards and specifications.
  
• Complete, legible and accurate documentation.
  
• Must communicate with Supervision of any Food Safety or Equipment concerns
  
• All other assigned tasks.

  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
    
  • Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or food environment
    
  • Clear and concise. Ability to read and write accurate and legible documentation
