A company is looking for a Call Center Representative in San
Diego, California.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls related to MediCare
enrollment and billing issues
Process electronic forms and validate member information
Perform eligibility confirmations and insurance verifications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
2 years of customer service experience in the insurance, banking,
accounting, tax services, or healthcare billing/claims
industries
Must pass both computer and customer service assessments
Must pass drug screening and criminal background check
No time off during the first 7 weeks of training
