Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Coordinator to manage travel
arrangements for team members and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange air transportation, hotel accommodations, and ground
transportation for team members and employee candidates
Monitor the travel request queue to ensure timely processing of
travel arrangements
Ensure compliance with company travel policy and verify the
accuracy of all travel arrangements
Qualifications:
Travel arrangement experience is preferred, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
Flexibility in work schedule is required
Self-starter who can work with some autonomy and exercise
independent decision-making skills
Experience in a similar travel coordination or administrative role
is preferred
