Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to SVP of Strategy &
Ops.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional initiatives and operationalize strategic
imperatives
Design and maintain the operating model for Strategy & Ops,
ensuring integration with strategic planning
Serve as a liaison between teams, coordinating strategic inputs and
supporting organizational storytelling
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in business operations or strategic program
management
Experience with executive-level operations and managing complex
programs
Proven success in high-visibility initiatives within evolving
environments
Prior experience working with executive leadership or boards is
preferred
Strong alignment with the company's mission and values
