Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Partner to assist with
CareLinx's line of business.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews and manage job offers for caregivers, ensuring
alignment with CareLinx's values
Identify and engage qualified caregivers to meet program
requirements and provide ongoing support
Build and maintain relationships with caregivers, offering
resources and guidance for their success
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment,
account management, or caregiver support
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong relationship management skills and a passion for excellent
customer service
Empathy and adaptability to address caregivers' needs and changing
priorities
