Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Examiner - Workers'
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and process workers' compensation claims in accordance
with applicable laws and company policies
Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims
and assess potential recoveries
Collaborate with medical professionals and legal representatives to
ensure compliance and effective claim resolution
Required Qualifications
Five years of claims management experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is
preferred
Professional certification related to the line of business is
preferred
Expertise in insurance principles and laws relevant to workers'
compensation
Knowledge of cost containment principles and medical management
practices
