Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Supervisor, Market
Access.
Key Responsibilities
Manage performance, including coaching, mentoring, and employee
evaluations
Serve as a liaison between the Program Manager and the team,
ensuring effective communication
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task assignments,
and reporting on productivity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High
School diploma with 4 years of experience in reimbursement or
healthcare billing
3-5 years of supervisory experience in a service-driven
environment
Extensive knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefit
methodologies
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer payment
methodologies
Strong initiative and ability to lead in a dynamic environment
