Loans.
Key Responsibilities
Process and pre-underwrite specialty loans, ensuring compliance
with relevant standards
Monitor the loan processing cycle and communicate to resolve issues
affecting loan closure timelines
Review documentation for completeness and compliance before
submitting to underwriting
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in Business,
Finance/Accounting, or related field preferred
Five or more years of experience as a Loan Processor, with specific
experience in conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond mortgage loans
Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and federal/state
regulations
Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
