A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Reviews and edits SOWs, Exhibits, PCRs, and LIQs for clarity and
correctness
Coordinates document routing through the approval process with
various departments
Interfaces with customers to resolve purchase order and
documentation issues
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of job-related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience desired
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience working in a team environment
