Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative II to
handle client/customer inquiries and requests remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Responds to a high volume of client/customer inquiries and requests
over the phone
Determines root causes and resolves client/customer issues,
coordinating with internal departments as needed
Enters semi-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate
system
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2 - 4 years of related experience
