Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Supervisor to
provide operational support and guidance for relocation
services.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, mentor, and manage the performance of the service
delivery team
Resolve customer escalations and day-to-day issues while ensuring
service level requirements are met
Maintain client relationships and data integrity, while supporting
process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a
related field preferred
Three to seven years of experience in the relocation services
industry preferred
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
Certified Relocation Professional or Global Mobility Specialist
preferred, or a plan to obtain certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
