Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patent Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance
of patent applications both U.S. and Foreign
Manage filing systems and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings,
and communications
Prepare prosecution documents and maintain timely access to filed
information and correspondence
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree and 2 years of legal experience, or high school
diploma/GED and 4 years of legal experience
Experience in a law firm
3+ years of recent patent prosecution experience in a law firm or
corporate law department
Strong computer, word processing, and proofreading skills
Willingness to register as a Notary Public
