A company is looking for a Global Site Agreements
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and analyze contractual relationships related to clinical
trials, including drafting and negotiating agreements
Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Project Management to
support timely site start-up and contract execution
Review client contract changes and ensure compliance with
country-specific laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience with contracts
Bachelor's Degree and JD required
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Familiarity with clinical contracts and project management
environments
Experience in negotiation or sales related to contracts
