A company is looking for a Team Lead - Claims Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess changes in state laws and regulations impacting
Claims processes
Coordinate implementation of regulatory changes and conduct
compliance audits
Prepare summary and trend reports for management and oversee
training for Claims teams
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Claims P&C regulatory requirements and
workers' compensation experience
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of insurance Claims experience in all commercial lines
Ability to assess processes and implement resolution strategies
Flexibility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
