We are looking for an 
enthusiastic, multi tasking and positive individual to compliment our team at Home Instead in Palm Desert , CA.
 

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling shifts with clients and caregiving staff
  • Positive person with excellent ability to communicate and follow through. Works well with others and team player.
  • Problem solver and ability to think quickly
  • Strong ability to connect with people
  • Take responsibility of duties assigned with intention and urgency
  • Answer incoming calls  and multi task
  • Organized individual with typing and basic computer processing skills
  • Basic note taking and computer skills
Qualifications
  • Some scheduling experience helpful 
  • Some experience in home care, caregiving or in the health care environment 
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong team player with the ability to effectively communicate and multitask with all office staff.  
  • Clear Drug test, Criminal background and Driving Record check
