A company is looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to
manage a team focused on blockchain technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of blockchain core experts on MEV services and mempool
transactions
Create and implement offerings that optimize validator profits and
support searchers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide insights on
best practices in blockchain
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing an Engineering team
At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing scalable
distributed backend systems
3+ years of experience in Blockchain technologies
2+ years of experience specifically in Blockchain MEV
Expertise in Go programming language and ability to modify
blockchain core code
