Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Systems Software
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enhancement and support of the Oracle EBS HRMS system to
ensure optimal performance
Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and
mentorship
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process
improvements and system enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a
managerial role overseeing Oracle EBS HRMS systems
Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS modules, including Core HR,
Payroll, and Benefits
Proven experience in people management and leading diverse
teams
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional
(OCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or ITIL certification
are highly desirable
