Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Tester to provide hands-on
testing and leadership within a cross-functional Agile team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee test execution tasks, including various testing
types in an Agile-Scrum environment
Lead the development of automated testing and manage test
processes, reporting, and tools
Advise program leadership on the progress of testing activities and
collaborate with technical leads and product owners
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software testing and
usability evaluation
Strong foundation in test planning, automation, execution, and
defect documentation
Experience creating testing artifacts such as usability test plans
and testing scripts
