Job Description Job Description Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Location: Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our clients team on a contract basis in Kearny Mesa, San Diego, with a strong potential to transition into a permanent role. This position offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of HR functions, providing support to employees and management in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Support full-cycle recruitment including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with federal, state, and company policies Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations Prepare reports, track metrics, and support process improvement initiatives Qualifications: Proven HR experience, preferably in generalist or multifaceted HR roles Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams Additional Details: Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego Contract to hire role Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST Onsite schedule, Full-time role Compensation: $28.00-$37.00 per hour DOE This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional seeking to grow in a dynamic organization.
