Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Leader: General
Law Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a book of 10 client accounts to ensure retention, growth,
and satisfaction
Provide coaching and support to team members and peers, especially
those with underperforming accounts
Collaborate on strategic projects and contribute to the development
of best practices and retention strategies
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year tenure at the company
Maintain an 85% quarterly client retention rate
Strong strategic thinking and ability to remain calm under
pressure
Proactive approach in managing accounts and supporting team
members
Deep understanding of the company's products, processes, and
customer journey
