Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This therapeutic
position offers an excellent opportunity for a licensed
Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistant (COTA) to provide specialized support across multiple
school sites in Fontana, CA. This contract role is designed to
serve a cross-categorical student population with diverse needs,
ensuring compliance with state guidelines for caseload sizes. The
assignment begins ASAP and runs through the end of the school year,
with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, five days weekly.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to
students in educational settings across itinerant school sites
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance
with school policies and state regulations Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and
participation Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy
services and student progress Qualifications and Experience: Active
OT license required for licensure in California Preferred
experience working in schools, particularly itinerant settings,
supporting cross-categorical student groups Familiarity with state
requirements for caseload management and therapy delivery in
schools Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with
educators and families Location: Fontana, CA (School-based,
itinerant) Contract Details: Start Date: ASAP End Date: End of
school year Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week Caseload: Within
