registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. An opportunity is available for a registered nurse
with stepdown care experience to contribute in a fast-paced medical
setting. This contract position in Long Beach, CA, requires
proficiency with tracheostomy care and ventilator management to
support patient recovery in a stepdown care environment.
Qualifications / Desired Experience: Registered Nurse (RN)
licensure Experience in stepdown nursing, including ventilator and
tracheostomy care Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS and NRP
as applicable Compliance with immunization records (MMR, Varicella)
or official vaccination attestation Recent negative TB test result
Successful completion of drug screen and background check
Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care for patients
transitioning from intensive care to general wards Monitor
respiratory equipment, including trachs and ventilators Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care plans
effectively Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection
control protocols Participate in weekend shifts and be available
for a full schedule through late January and early February
Schedule / Hours: Weekend availability required Preference for
candidates able to commit to a full schedule from mid-January
