Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Clinical Health
Services (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the behavioral health appeals team and serve as a mentor
for staff
Develop and communicate performance expectations while monitoring
compliance and staff development
Plan daily objectives and priorities for the team, ensuring
effective management of inventory and production
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted licensure in state of residence (LCSW,
LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC preferred; RN with appropriate experience
considered)
3+ years of clinical experience
2+ years of experience in appeals
Master's Degree in a relevant field
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications
is preferred
