Job Description:
A company is looking for an Audit Delivery Manager for Aerospace
and Medical Devices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of auditors, ensuring effectiveness and
compliance
Forecast auditor utilization based on client demand and business
priorities
Monitor and improve KPIs related to auditor efficiency and customer
satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in audit management, particularly in aerospace and
medical devices
Knowledge of relevant certification standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO
13485)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to identify operational gaps and propose process
improvements
Experience in performance management and coaching of auditors
