Job Description:
A company is looking for a Functional Medicine Physician (MD or
DO) Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations via phone and/or
video, following state telemedicine regulations
Perform in-depth patient assessments to evaluate health histories,
lifestyle factors, and genetic predispositions
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include
nutritional therapy and lifestyle modifications
Required Qualifications:
Active medical licensure in all 50 states and Washington D.C
Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a
related field
Certification or substantial training in Functional Medicine
Minimum of 1 year of telehealth experience and 3-5 years in
clinical practice focused on integrative medicine
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and adaptability to new
protocols
