Job Description:
A company is looking for a Veterinary Regulatory Counsel
(Part-Time, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Advise on state and federal veterinary practice regulations,
licensing requirements, and professional ethics standards
Represent the client before veterinary boards and regulatory
bodies
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to veterinary
services and partnerships
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to
practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
5+ years of legal experience focused on animal health laws and
veterinary practice regulations
Direct experience advising or representing veterinary professionals
or companies
Knowledge of corporate practice of veterinary medicine and
veterinary telemedicine regulations
Experience interacting with state veterinary medical boards and
regulatory bodies
