A company is looking for a Senior Manager Service Delivery
(Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities
Manage operating and personnel budgets, optimizing spending for
adherence to budget plans
Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and provide
mentorship to enhance team expertise
Drive team productivity by optimizing resource use and addressing
systemic inefficiencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience; Master's degree preferred
Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in leading technology
product and services delivery teams
Five (5) or more years of project and/or program management
experience
Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives
