Job Description:
A company is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead
and optimize their affiliate marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage an affiliate marketing strategy tailored for
digital creators
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliate
partners, brands, and networks
Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaign performance while
providing content strategy recommendations
Qualifications
5+ years in affiliate marketing or partnership management,
preferably in DTC, eComm, or wellness/CPG sectors
Proven experience closing high-value affiliate deals and scaling
partner programs
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with affiliate platforms
Leadership or team management experience preferred
