A company is looking for a Regional Ecosystem Satellite
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support and grow regional satellite communities by providing tools,
mentorship, and strategies for engagement
Create and maintain a comprehensive playbook for satellite
communities, documenting best practices and success metrics
Design and implement a unified backend system to streamline
coordination and enable real-time reporting
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in international community building or
ecosystem development, preferably in Web3 or blockchain
Strong understanding of Web3, including decentralized communities
and tokenomics
Proven ability to develop scalable processes and backend tools in
fast-paced environments
Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing
cross-functional projects across multiple regions
Strong judgment in evaluating proposals and partnerships to ensure
alignment with the company's mission
