Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including
business owners and agency partners
Manage a book of business, onboarding new clients and establishing
success plans to increase revenue
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, optimizing their marketing
channels and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of mid-market Customer Success or Account
Management experience
Direct experience managing a book of business with a focus on
renewals and revenue expansion
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of
customers
Analytical mindset with experience in data manipulation and
analysis
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business
partners
