Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and oversight of the global healthcare
compliance program
Advise on healthcare compliance matters and develop policies and
training materials
Assist with risk management and other compliance-related
projects
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance or law in a
pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting
Significant experience with commercial, medical affairs, and
R&D departments
Expertise in FDA regulations, anti-kickback statutes, and
transparency reporting laws
Experience with at least one pharmaceutical product launch
preferred
Strong organizational and people-management skills
