Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Head, Statistics Oncology HEOR/HTA.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of statistical activities for Health Economics and Outcome Research (HEOR) and Health Technology Assessment (HTA)
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while managing departmental activities and audits
Oversee team performance, development, and vendor partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality statistical services

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred
10+ years of professional experience in statistics within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in Pharma and 3 years in evidence generation
Minimum 5 years of line management and leadership experience
Experience in Oncology and conducting clinical programs, particularly in late-phase projects
Extensive knowledge of statistical methods, HTA, and Pricing and Reimbursement activities, including RWD applications
