A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Process
Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Execute initiatives for new projects, process improvements, and
customer experience enhancements
Build an expert understanding of operational and product logic
driving the business
Project manage organization-wide initiatives and manage
high-priority escalations
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, investment
banking, private equity, strategy, or a high-growth startup
Proven experience executing complex strategic and operational
initiatives
Deep understanding of business and financial principles
Expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, including
building complex Excel models; SQL proficiency is a plus
Passionate about mental health care and diversity, equity, and
inclusion
