Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (RN).
Key Responsibilities
Supervises the care management team and oversees care management
delivery for members
Monitors documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and
assigns caseloads based on team experience and member needs
Provides guidance on complex care cases and evaluates team
performance while facilitating communication between members and
providers
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's
degree
4+ years of related experience
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State
Licensure required
Preferably resides within the East Coast, preferably New York
Ability to work EST hours
