Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business
Capabilities and Solution Delivery Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for managing a business portfolio exceeding $600M and
overseeing resource allocation budgets
Provides leadership and direction to a team of 18 and approximately
30 indirect reports, ensuring high performance and effective
succession planning
Drives complex project and program initiatives, collaborating with
executive leadership to align strategies and deliver business
results
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of project delivery, consulting, or similar executive
management experience
8+ years of experience in portfolio management and achieving
successful business results in a matrixed environment
5+ years of experience in defining and executing strategic
priorities and managing teams
Experience in financial acumen and capital planning
Proven ability to influence and align with executive leadership
across various viewpoints
