Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Project Management Lead
responsible for managing design, planning, and construction
projects for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Interface with clients to ensure project goals and objectives are
met
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Oversee project processes including design, entitlements, and
contractor selection
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction
Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's
degree preferred
At least twelve years of related experience with two or more years
in management
Advanced project management skills with expertise in client
relations
Proficient in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and
scheduling
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and MS Project
